MILAN CREDIT REPAIR · ALL ACCESS CONSULTING
Clear terms.
Informed decisions.
Effective October 7, 2026
These disclosures explain our website and the limits of credit consulting. They do not replace your individualized service agreement, required consumer-rights statements, or cancellation forms. Reading this page or submitting an inquiry does not enroll you, authorize a credit pull, authorize disputes, or create an attorney-client relationship.
Results depend on your individual reports
No specific score increase, deletion, credit approval, funding amount, interest rate, or timeline is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the information in your reports, the accuracy and age of entries, account history, balances and utilization, payment habits, new applications, supporting evidence, and responses from reporting agencies and furnishers. Some clients may see no improvement. Scores can increase, decrease, or remain unchanged.
Credit scores vary by bureau, report date, and scoring model. A monitoring score may differ from the score a lender uses. An item removed from a report may lawfully reappear if the applicable requirements for reinsertion are met. A dispute does not erase a valid debt or suspend your payment obligations, collection activity, court deadlines, or other legal duties.
We assist with report review, credit education, and good-faith disputes of information believed to be inaccurate, incomplete, obsolete, or unverifiable. We do not promise removal of accurate, current, verifiable information. Do not submit false identity-theft claims, dispute facts you know are accurate, or use a false identity. Keep paying obligations as agreed unless your creditor or qualified legal adviser advises otherwise.
Examples and testimonials
Educational examples are not personal forecasts. A past outcome does not establish what another client will receive or prove that our services alone caused a change. Any published result claim must have supporting evidence and appropriate permissions; a “results vary” statement does not substitute for substantiating a claim or explaining generally expected results.
Funding and other services
All Access Consulting provides assistance and education, not a commitment to lend. Lenders independently decide eligibility, amounts, rates, fees, collateral, and guarantees. Applying can result in a hard inquiry or new debt. Review all lender documents; introductory rates can expire and other fees may apply. Any consulting or referral compensation must be disclosed in the applicable written agreement. Dealer-license assistance does not guarantee licensing; only the relevant authority can issue a license. Vehicle brokerage requires separate written terms and applicable taxes and government charges.
Service limits
Credit consulting is not legal representation, tax advice, investment advice, or debt settlement. We do not file lawsuits or represent you in court through this website. Consult a licensed attorney about litigation, summonses, statutes of limitation, or individual legal rights. We are not a credit bureau, government agency, or lender, and listing a company does not imply its endorsement.
Agreements, fees & monitoring
A free consultation creates no obligation to buy. Advertised plan prices describe proposed services; they are not a demand for payment today. Before enrollment, your written agreement must specify the provider, services, total charges, service period, lawful billing schedule, and cancellation and refund terms. No credit-repair work begins before the applicable cancellation period expires.
Do not send advance credit-repair payment. Accepting an agreement does not make fees payable. Credit-repair fees may be charged or received only after the agreed services are fully performed and all other applicable billing requirements are satisfied. A monthly label, setup fee, or consulting label does not avoid these protections. When the Telemarketing Sales Rule applies, additional conditions restrict billing, including documented results using a consumer report issued more than six months after the results were achieved. A receipt upload is for an existing lawfully due invoice, not a condition to start credit-repair service.
Monitoring subscriptions are separate purchases from third parties. Check their price, trial period, automatic renewal, refund rules, and cancellation process before enrolling. All Access Consulting / Milan Credit Repair may earn compensation through the SmartCredit and MyFreeScoreNow referral links. Buying monitoring does not itself improve your credit, enroll you in our services, or guarantee access to funding. Active monitoring and authorized updated-report access are required under our ongoing credit-repair workflow; loss of access may pause work as described in your agreement. You may book a free consultation without buying monitoring.
Canceling our service does not automatically cancel a monitoring subscription, and canceling monitoring does not automatically cancel our service. Contact the monitoring provider separately. No website statement eliminates a refund or cancellation right required by law.
How to cancel services
Washington consumers may cancel covered credit-services contracts without penalty or obligation before midnight on the fifth working day after signing. Federal credit-repair law also provides a three-business-day cancellation right. Any longer period or additional protection required by applicable law or your agreement remains available.
To cancel, send written notice identifying your name, the contact information used for enrollment, the agreement date if known, and that you want to cancel. You do not need to explain why, use a special form, book a call, or receive our approval. Keep a copy with the date and time sent. Do not include a Social Security number or account number.
Write: “I cancel my credit-services agreement with All Access Consulting / Milan Credit Repair. My name is [name]. My enrollment contact is [phone or email]. Agreement date: [date, if known].”
You may also use any written-delivery method and address supplied in your contract and cancellation notice. A timely notice remains valid even if our response comes later.
For a timely Washington statutory cancellation, any payment made under the canceled contract must be returned within ten days after receipt of the notice. After the statutory period, request cancellation through the same channel; your agreement and applicable law determine any lawfully earned fees and refunds. Canceling an appointment alone does not cancel an existing service agreement.
Your consumer rights remain yours
You can review your credit reports and dispute errors directly with reporting agencies at no charge. You do not need to hire us. Get free reports through AnnualCreditReport.com. Before a covered contract, you must receive the required separate consumer-rights disclosures and a completed written agreement and cancellation notice. This webpage is not a substitute for those documents.
Communications on your behalf require your prior written authorization. A general inquiry or contact permission does not authorize us to sign your name, access a report, submit a dispute, or apply for credit. Washington clients are entitled to the required monthly statements describing work and copies of communications sent on their behalf.
You may contact us about a concern, but doing so is not a prerequisite to contacting a regulator, disputing a charge, or seeking legal relief. Submit complaints to the Washington Attorney General or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Nothing here waives nonwaivable consumer rights, limits lawful complaints or honest reviews, or requires arbitration.
Authorized-user tradeline risks
A proposed authorized-user placement is not ownership of a primary account, a new credit identity, or permission to spend. Account limits and history are account attributes, not financing offered to you. Inventory can change. The issuer controls acceptance, reporting, and removal, and a lender or scoring model may exclude authorized-user history.
Placement, reporting to a particular bureau, score impact, approval, and uninterrupted reporting for a requested duration are not guaranteed. Negative activity on an account may affect your report. Disclose relevant institution history, freezes, and existing disputes truthfully. No CPNs or false information are accepted. Never misrepresent authorized-user status as your own borrowing history. Review issuer restrictions and the written placement terms, including duration, service obligations, lawful payment timing, cancellation, and remedies for nonperformance. Statutory rights are preserved.
Privacy notice
This notice covers information submitted through getallaccessconsulting.com and the corresponding All Access Consulting hosted site. All Access Consulting / Milan Credit Repair handles inquiries and service requests.
Credit inquiries through Client Dispute Manager
The embedded credit inquiry form is hosted by Client Dispute Manager. Information entered there is submitted directly to that provider for Milan Credit Repair to review and follow up. Our website does not automatically receive a copy of those answers or detect when you submit the embedded form. Client Dispute Manager also processes technical information when its form loads. Appointment bookings and other forms on this website are stored separately. For access, correction, or deletion requests relating to your credit inquiry, use the contact methods below.
What this website collects
The inquiry form collects your name, email, phone, service interests, plan selection, timing, goal, contact permission, referral source, and requested appointment. If you request a six-month tradeline, it also asks for name, birth date, and mailing address. If you upload an invoice receipt, it stores the file, file name, type, size, submission date, name, email, and plan. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, security cookies, and request logs.
Use, access & third parties
Submitted details are stored for inquiry response, scheduling, service review, receipt verification, recordkeeping, and handling requests or disputes. Hosting, database, and file-storage infrastructure processes this information to operate the site. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address fraud or legal claims. This inquiry form does not authorize distribution of your information to lenders or submission of credit applications on your behalf.
Monitoring links, social networks, payment apps, and other external services have their own privacy policies. Following a link or loading externally hosted content can disclose technical information to that provider. We cannot control those services. The site uses an externally generated QR image; the image provider may receive technical request information. No automated marketing enrollment is created by the inquiry form.
Your choices & sensitive information
Contact us at (253) 625-6537 by text or @milancreditrepair to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to inquiry follow-up. Identify the request using the name and contact details you supplied; do not send sensitive documents over social media or text. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Records needed for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or required retention may not be deleted immediately. Required Washington disclosure records must be retained for four years after service completion or termination.
Do not put Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, report files, or identification documents into the inquiry form. Redact unrelated information from receipts. Submit only information you are authorized to provide. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Services and inquiry forms are intended for adults age 18 or older. If a child’s information was submitted, contact us for review and removal as appropriate.
Website terms
Use this site lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, send malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or submit another person’s private information without authority. Website content is general information and may change; confirm service scope and pricing in your written agreement before deciding.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but technical interruptions and errors can occur. Contact us if a form fails or information appears incorrect. External services operate under their own terms. These statements do not excuse fraud, misrepresentation, negligence where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or failure to provide contracted services. They do not cap damages, waive claims, shorten legal deadlines, or override mandatory law. An unenforceable provision does not remove the remaining lawful provisions. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights under an existing contract.
For questions about services, accessibility, privacy, cancellation, or a billing concern, text (253) 625-6537. Legal and tax questions should be directed to an appropriately licensed professional.
